All of our lenses and products undergo 100% rigorous inspection and testing to meet the highest industry standards (MIL-STD). We support every design, lens component, and optical element we produce.
Optical Component Warranty:All optical components come with a 60-day risk-free warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days at info@vyoptics.comor call 0431-84631230to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will assist you with a replacement part, issue credit, or provide a refund.
Return Policy:
- VY Optoelectronics requires a Return Authorization Number for all returns.
- The buyer must notify VY Optoelectronics about any defective products and request a Return Authorization Number.
- Return Authorizations are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
- Authorized returned items must be in their original packaging, with the Return Authorization Number clearly written on both the inside and outside of the package.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection and notify you if you are eligible for a replacement, credit, or refund.
- If a product replacement is required, VY Optoelectronics will cover the shipping costs to the buyer.
- Shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds.
- Refunds are not provided if more than 60 days have passed since the original purchase.
- This warranty does not cover products that have been modified, abused, misused, improperly operated, or repaired without authorization.
- Custom or customized products may only be returned if they are defective.
Lens Design:Our lens designs are based on the customer’s original requirements or specifications. Please contact our sales engineers for more details about our design services.
Lens Component Warranty:All lens components are covered by a two-year warranty, including all parts and labor.
Warranty Information:
- This policy guarantees defects based solely on customer specifications (not applications).
- During the two-year warranty period, our experienced engineers will provide free technical support, including documentation and expert assistance via email, phone, and fax.
- Non-compliance reports (NCRs) must be submitted to our New Jersey office, and we will respond within 24 hours. Factory responses to rejections and investigation requests will be reported back to our customers within 14 days of notification.
- This warranty does not cover products that have been modified, abused, misused, improperly operated, or repaired without authorization.
